Azerbaijani MFA accuses Armenia of mine terrorism

“Yet another civilian was maimed following a landmine explosion for the last two days. Number of Armenia-planted landmine victims reached 344, including 65 killed since the end of 2020. Armenia bears responsibility for the lost lives of innocent civilians,” Caliber.Az reports citing the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry’s message on X.
The Azerbaijani prosecutor’s office received information about a mine explosion in Goyarkh village of the Tartar district on February 5 at approximately 11:00 (GMT+4).
Thus, 58-year-old resident of the Tartar district Azer Mammadov was wounded as a result of a mine explosion while grazing animals.
Moreover, 23-year-old Garadaghli villager Hasanali Alizade was also wounded in a mine explosion while grazing animals on February 4.
