Ukrainian drones hit Ryazan Oil Refinery, sparking fire VIDEO
Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) launched an attack on the Ryazan oil refinery during the night of May 1, resulting in a reported fire at the facility.
Local residents reported hearing a heavy drone buzz followed by two explosions around 3 am, Caliber.Az reports, citing foreign media.
While there have been no official comments from Russian authorities regarding the attack, social media reports indicate that the refinery was targeted by Ukrainian UAVs, leading to speculation about the extent of the damage caused.
Simultaneously, the Russian Defence Ministry announced that Russian air defence forces had successfully intercepted and shot down six Ukrainian UAVs over four regions overnight. The incident adds to the ongoing tensions between Ukraine and Russia, further escalating the conflict in the region.
